Whether it is a course in civil engineering or marine engineering or also environmental engineering, students will be pleased to know that there is a Norwegian university that offers a course in that field of study. There are courses that help students to specialize in certain aspects that are covered as an overall subject elsewhere Despite being a small country Norwegian universities and university colleges deliver quality education which also international exchange and degree seeking students benefit from. Non-EU\/EEA students can work 20 hours pr week during their first year of study. Beware that when renewing the study permit the part-time work permit is not automatically renewed. To renew the work permit the students have to document satisfactory progress in their studies. Please consult your institution.<\/p>

Private universities charge tuition fees, and they vary between:
7,000 \u2013 9,000 EUR\/year for Bachelor\u2019s programmes
9,000 \u2013 19,000 EUR\/year for Master\u2019s programmes costs of living you can expect to pay in cities like:
Oslo: 1,200 \u2013 2,000 EUR
Bergen: 1,100 \u2013 1,800 EUR

Diploma: Minimum 60% in class 12th.<\/p>

Bachelors: Minimum academic percentage required is around 60% + in class 12th for the students from CBSE<\/p>

board and 65% + for ICSE\/State Board.<\/p>

Masters: Minimum academic percentage in a Bachelors degree should be second class if the University is falling<\/p>

under section 1 and 2 of the NOOSR guidelines or first class if the university is falling under the section 3 of the<\/p>

NOOSR guidelines.<\/p>
